1. subject matter of contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the cosmetic studio Ladylicious GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) in connection with the cosmetic services offered.

2. appointment and cancellation
The Customer makes appointments for cosmetic treatments in advance. In case of cancellation or change of the appointment, the Customer is obliged to notify this at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In case of no-show without timely notification, the provider may charge a cancellation fee.

3. treatments and disclaimer
The cosmetic treatments are performed to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, the provider assumes no liability for damages caused by improper use of the products or allergic reactions of the customer. The customer agrees to release the provider from any liability.

4. prices and terms of payment
The current prices for the offered services are listed in the price list of the studio. Payment is usually made immediately after the service provided and can be made in cash or by common electronic payment method.

5. coupons

Our vouchers for treatments or value vouchers are valid according to their defined term, which is shown on the voucher. The vouchers must be redeemed within this period, otherwise they expire. Cash payment, even of remaining amounts, is not possible.

6. data protection
The provider undertakes to treat the customer’s personal data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the purposes of providing the service. A transfer to third parties will only be made with the express consent of the customer or if required by law.

7. severability clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. The legal provisions of the Swiss Confederation shall apply.

In the event of any discrepancy between the German version of these provisions and any translation thereof, the German version shall prevail.
